This website is owned and operated by Through the Ages Fabric, LLC.  The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern your use of this website.  

By using or visiting this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.  In addition, by accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide on this website, you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the following Terms and Conditions as stated in this policy, along with the terms and conditions as stated in our separate Privacy Policy (collectively, the “User Agreement”).  Please refer to the Privacy Policy section for more information. If you should disagree with any portion of the User Agreement, you must not use this website.

This User Agreement is in effect as of December 1, 2016.

Through the Ages Fabric, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions and the User Agreement at any time without notice or obligation. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this User Agreement periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified Terms and Conditions and the User Agreement.

General Terms and Conditions


All content and materials contained within the website, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, images, and logos are the exclusive intellectual property owned or licensed by Through the Ages Fabric, LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright and other intellectual property protection laws. Any inappropriate use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display, or transmission of any content on this website,            is strictly prohibited, unless specifically authorized by Through the Ages Fabric, LLC through its advanced written consent.



Product Availability

To the best of our ability, all products listed on are in stock and ready for immediate delivery unless specifically marked as out of stock on an individual product webpage.  We normally do not accept backorders for items listed as out of stock.  In rare instances, we may take your order and then discover that the product is not available for immediate shipping.  If some unforeseen occurrence should delay your order, you will be contacted immediately with more information as long as you provided your contact information such as your e-mail address or phone number.


We offer both USPS and UPS shipping with multiple delivery options. may decide to ship using a different option - shipping selection is at our discretion.  If you opt for overnight or expedited shipping, we most likely will ship via the option you select.

Delivery Times

All orders with free or standard shipping will be fulfilled within a couple of days of payment.  We try hard to package and deliver items quickly.  If you purchase overnight or two-day service, we will make sure to ship the following day.  All orders are normally shipped within 24 - 48 hours unless you opt for express delivery, in which case we will ship the following business day.  Your delivery time will be dependent upon the shipping option you select.  Please allow ample carrier delivery time depending upon which shipping selection you decide upon and from where you live in the world in proximity to Dayton, Ohio USA.

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for the acts and conduct of the shipping carriers used to transport your purchases.  We are also not responsible for the acts and events affecting your deliveries which are outside of our control, however and from whoever caused.  If you receive a damaged item during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible.                  All packages will have a tracking number.  If the shipping carrier shows the item marked as delivered, then the package is your responsibility.  We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered.




Thanks for your purchase from Through the Ages Fabric!  If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns.  You can return items any time to our stores or by mail.  There are just a few exclusions, which you’ll find below. 

Return In-Store

Take any in-store or online purchase along with your receipt, order confirmation or packing slip to the Through the Ages Fabric store for a hassle-free refund with a smile.   Returns made with the receipt will be refunded in the original method of payment.  Gift Card orders are refunded with a new Through the Ages Fabric Gift Card.  If you don’t have a receipt, you will receive store credit equal to the item’s lowest selling price. 

Return By Mail

You can return online purchases by mail by completing the form provided in your shipment.  If your shipment came with a return label, $7.95 will be deducted from your return.  Or you can return the item on your own to the address listed on the packing slip.  Your order may have been shipped to you from multiple locations, so please verify the return shipping address on each packing slip for details on where to ship the items you wish to return.  In-store purchases cannot be returned by mail.

How We Process Your Refund

We refund the cost of the returned merchandise, minus the $7.95 return shipping fee, as soon as we receive the return shipment, and we will send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed on our end.  Refunds are in the form of original payment, so please note that your credit card company may take up to ten (10) additional business days to post the refund to your account.  If the original form of payment was a gift card, a new gift card will be mailed to you within two to three weeks. 

If the online return is a result of our error, the original shipping and return shipping charges will also be refunded.

Excluded Items

Returned fabric or leather must be in its original condition and cannot be cut, washed, or dyed.  Items marked as clearance, remnants, and seasonal merchandise that is no longer available cannot be returned.  Opened software, including cartridges, can only be returned if defective.  Personalized and custom products cannot be returned including personalized fabric.

Please note:  We reserve the right to research the original purchase, and to limit or decline refunds.           Lost or damaged merchandise return cards are not replaceable.  Gift cards and store credit / merchandise return cards are not redeemable for cash, unless required by state law.
