Through the Ages Fabric’s website policy is to not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer personal information that we receive from you to outside third parties. You may browse the contents of our website without telling us who you are and without revealing any personal information.

The only exception to this policy is when you send an e-mail to us directly which may contain personal information about you.  We respond to your e-mail inquiries and use the information you provide in them to better service you as our customer.  This personal information is for our internal use only and is not shared with third parties.

We do collect and store your basic, non-personal information during your normal website usage.  Examples are the webpages you request and date and time of those requests.  We use this information internally to generate statistics and measure website activity to improve the usefulness of our customer visits. Moreover, we may use your non-personal information and/or e-mail address to send you new product updates, fliers, promotions, etc.  You may opt out of this data gathering effort any time you wish by clicking below. 

Prohibition Against Conducting Business with Embargoed Countries

Through the Ages Fabric complies with all applicable federal, state, and local export controls, sanctions, foreign boycotts, laws, and regulations in order to protect United States’ interests at home and abroad. Compliance prohibits shipping products to embargoed countries, corporations, or organizations and/or individuals or third party agents.  As of December 2016, such embargoed nations include:  Cuba, Iran, Sudan, Burma, North Korea, and Syria.  These change regularly and with delayed notice to us.

In addition, Through the Ages Fabric will adhere to any and all additional foreign country sanctions determined by the United States Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).  

Through the Ages Fabric will not be involved in any way with any countries appearing on any such lists even if such product shipping activities are permissible under other laws of the United States when conducted by a business or non-profit organization, whether domestic or foreign.

Moreover, Through the Ages Fabric will not participate in exporting products, in whole or part, made with the knowledge (or reason to know) that such products will be re-exported or trans-shipped (to include hand carrying) from the United States through a permissible third country to an embargoed or otherwise sanctioned destination.
